Default 1995 VTECH Accord ex need advice

I have a 95 accord, it is about to have some work done, # 4 cyl has only 30lbs compression on it. So with the top end being taken apart, I was thinking of upgrading the motor. I am not into racing or anything like that, but more performance would be better.

I was told change crank, headers, intake manifold. It already has cold air intake on it.

What parts brand recomended, I am not trying to break the bank for this. Or if anyone has anything to sell let me know.

You can do a H22 swap and re-use your F22 trans which results slower acceleration due to tall gearings. Its still faster than the factory F22B1 but slower than actual H22 with an H22 trans due to short gearings.

I paid $900.00 free shipping for my H22A long block.
