Default brake conversion question?

will a 2000 civic si brake booster and master cylinder work for the rear and front brake conversion?

its for a 91 civic hatch DX rear stock drums.

plan on converting to rear disc.
have already the 4040 prop. valve.
have rear disc and arms from a DA.

or if there is a link to a diy with a list of all possible parts that would work?

edit:

or would a 98 LX accord booster and mc work?

I've read that you can use the 99-00 Si brake booster and master cylinder (has to be together), but you just have to bend one of the hard lines. It's internet hearsay, so just take it with a grain of salt.

If you want to avoid bending lines and all that mess...Use a 90-91 Civic EX master cylinder. Bolts right up to the stock booster and feels great.

I run that very same setup on my car with DC rear discs, 4040 valve, and 11" Wilwood front brakes.

Honestly, unless you're doing a foot for foot braking distance comparison between the two master cylinders, I don't think you will notice any difference.

One is 15/16" and the other is a 1". I simply went with the EX for the ease of installation.
