Problem- On my 2008 honda civic si sedan my front passenger seat belt basically locks my passenger once buckled. It locks as if I had slammed on the brakes and it straps my passenger to the seat. When it should be lose during motion it simply stays lockex in place and.the only way for my passenger to losen the belt is to unbuckling it. The car has never been in an accident. What could be the issue here?
