If I see an EM1 shell chopped up on the back of a trailer with a driver who is pissed I'm taking pictures I'd probably call the police just to see if they would do anything.... Too many people looking the other way when **** is stolen that the thieves just keep doing their thing without any resistance from the community. Also, so many people buy stolen **** that the thieves have no trouble making money off of their thefts.

I feel like if it was stolen, they'd be smart enough not to wave it around in broad daylight.
