heater question

My hearter in my BB6 only works on high any ideas. I have one but I am trying to get some input. I think it is just the heater resistor but i would like some other input. thanks guys.

make sure all the plugs going to the blower assembly are plugged in as well. one of mine came loose and it only worked on the highest setting.
