Do EX and Touring alloys fit on a LX van?

Do EX and Touring alloys fit on a LX van?
I know I would have to put the different lug nuts on but I dont understand the pax thing. If I buy a set of alloys to put on our LX will there be any problems like centercap fitment or TPMS issues??
