hey guys i have had my 00 siR for a year now. bought it with 60k miles all original....just added JDM password intake, Hids and did a major tune up.

has 96,000miles as of today.

engine bay:




I applied sealant lastnight!



you guys might remember me from a couple of thread i have made before. i have been switching between hondas and bmws now...but i am over the bmws and i do love my hondas!

Thanks guys. its going to be kept stock. i want to mod it but i really am so tempted not do it i dont wat to ruin the car.

and i have a question i am replacing the clutch what should i replace while at as a preventive maintenance? Rear main seal? fly wheel? what else please don't be afraid to chime in...

Throw out bearing and pilot bearing should also be replaced. You dont need to replace the flywheel, but its a good idea to have it resurfaced.

Rear main seal might not be a bad idea. Personally, I just inspect it. If it looks like it might be leaking, even the slightest bit, I'll relplace it. If it looks good, I leave it.
If you dont have experience installing seals like that, you can install it improperly and actually cause a leak, so take your time with it.

Do what you want man, don't worry about what the honda-tuning "experts" think. Their not gonna have to deal with anything besides look at pics you post of it. However, I'd do what i want to enjoy it.

haha i am actually buying another set of mudflaps to keep because i know they are A PIA to find!

anyway yah i want to lower it and add some nice wheels but a part of me want to keep it stock....

Just do a swap/turbo or something and keep the overall appearance stock.
