94 Honda Del Sol Si Vtec B16A3 Clean title

Up for sale is a 1994 Del Sol Si Vtec(B16A3)
Milage: 179,5xx (Not bad for a 94)
Clean title
Original Motor, tranny and ECU(ECU alone goes for $300)
Pros:
New Weather strip around the windshield and back window, it was leaking very bad, spend about $300 on them.
Motor and Drivetrain:
-Tune up and Clutch was done about 2,000 miles ago
the following parts was replaced:
Motor:
-New Spark plugs, spark plug wires, rotor and cap
-New Coil with reciept(lifetime warranty from NAPA) old one took a crap
-New Vavle cover gasket
-New timing belt, water pump and tensioner
-New O2
Tranny:
-New Exedy oem replacement clutch and pressure plate, pilot bearing and throwout bearing, flywheel was resurfaced.
-Honda MTF was used
-Greddy SP1 axle back exhaust
Supension and brakes
-LS mesh with Falken tires(80% in front and 60% in back)
-Aligment was done at the time when front tires was replace
-Tokico blue with Ground Control
-New front rotors, and ceremic brake pads was done about 5,000 miles ago
-New brake master cylinder, the old one was leaking and pedal stink to the floor.
Stereo:
-Sony Deck with some ok speakers
Wired for alarm and power lockers, just no alarm brain at the moment
Cons:
-Batman style steering wheel
-Passenger side cannot open from outside, but have a new handle for it
-Dent on both fenders and hood because sf people need to learn how to drive!
-Original color is black, previous owner resprayed it silver, not the best paint job
-Rip on bottom driver side seat, covered with "racing" seat cover
Thats about all the stuff that I can think of right now, nothing to hide, no surprises, all the work was done by mechanic friend
