Default Ef B16A Build

So Ive been doing a little Research and I know there are a ton of forums and guides and stuff but I have a Few questions of my own just need some advice and a little help. Ill just go with the specs for now.

1990 honda civic hatch ef/dx
5spd
on dash 264xxx miles
engine i guess was supposed to be d15b1/b2
has the d15b7 it is F/I with Dual port

what I want to do/looked into
b16a 1st gen

budget:500-1000$$

notes:read somewhere that if car is dual port then it has to be converted to mpfi.

I think Ive covered all my questions but anything you guys can give me would be great

use OEM obd0 engine harness from the car

wire dpfi to mpfi

no, it's not plug and play. I'm fixing a wiring mess in a b16 ef right now. do it right and dont cut random wires. make sure you solder and heat shrink and do not use butt connectors.

Hasport Mounts and Shift Linkage:

The Hasport mounts don't come with a ef b-series rear mount (atleast mine didn't), so try to find on amazon or ebay.
