My timing belt broke last night while at idle. Any internal damage with this? -- d15b2 engine, CRX DX

It's funny because though they are labeled interference engines, some let go at 8500 rpms on the dyno and do zero damage. Some let go at 2000 rpms and bend valves. It's mysterious.
