My Accord came with an aftermarket crap-tastic wiring job (cable is clipped up and soldered), and I need help. I want to completely replace the wiring "harness?" behind the head-unit however I have no idea what the part is called, of course when I say replace I mean the entire cable all the way up to wherever it connects. What is this part called? Where can I find it? Etc.

That is only the top part of the cable, I'm looking for the entire set.
