So i got these in a car trade. Previous owner said their 17" RacingHart CP8s. Not to familiar with Racing Hart so did a research and they look the same, but just want to get other peoples opinion. They don't seem to have a stamped marking on the face and haven't had the chance to pull them off yet to check inside.. If anyone can help me out here and if you could let me know how much these are worth. They are painted over but if their real I can get them re-done professionally.

Check for a "Crimson Inc." or "Hart Wheels" stamp on the inside of the wheel. They typically had those. They do look legit from the picture, but the paint is throwing me off.

As for decals, its going to be rather tricky finding them, as they've been long since discontinued and weren't very popular. Your best bet would be to find someone who has a set of C8's with stickers, and have them re-created.

What would you classify as being different between the two, other then the color (which could be simply from someone repainting or powdercoating the wheels)?

 

Take a picture of the stamping on the back of the wheel and show us!

 

Just look at the center of the wheel. The Pink one is deeper than the CP8.

 

CP8's do not have a flat face. The contour of the white ones you posted is hard to see in the picture, but it is there (especially if you adjust your monitor's contrast and brightness settings, so that you can see the shadows more clearly).
