Default Need help advice and opinion on suspension set up

Hey what up I'm a noob this will be my first post on here...so hear is my question throughout the years I have had different hatchbacks and have always wanted to do more than just drive it around town but for sum reason or another I would have to get rid of my ride well now that I'm older I got a 2000 ek hatchback I swapped jdm b18c into it now I wanna get sum help on the suspension...I've always been into getting my car to run on rails rather than drive fast in a straight line...my question is what coil over system would be the best in your opinions or experiences for a road race suspension setup I don't care about the daily driving expierence as long as it handles good at the track sorry so long...

Koni/GC is popular for people in your situation. Of course you need to choose your spring rates.

I been going around the site and that seems to be the setup most people are running with their cars...I have seen people say 400/450f and 350r for a comfortable ride but I don't care about the comfort I care about it performance so would stiffer maybe the way to go???
