Default How to place vtec pistons in rocker arms?

I am new to Honda and vtec. That would explain why my rocker arms fell apart and the vtec pistons fell out. I am in need of instruction on which pistons go where. For each set there are two shorter pistons and one longer piston. Do the shorter pistons go in the valve rocker and the longer one in the vtec rocker? Any help OS greatly appreciated.

Oh crap, putting all that back together is a PITA!!
Ill post some helms info in a bit for ya.
Next time, if you need to remove the rocker assembly, lash the arms to one another with zip ties while its off the head.

Ok, here is what you will reference during re-assembly.
One bit of advise, depending how much came apart you could have a very long tedious process on your hands getting things back together.

Take your time and work slow, those pistons love to pop out and shoot all over the place as you have already learned :D
Best of luck to you.
