Any advice, reviews, or information to help me decide to buy from ddm or not?

 

Great prices. I've owned 3 of their kits; one on my integra, truck, and bike. I have both the slim ballasts and normal sized ones. I haven't had any issues with their products.

 

they are great just dont use your CC...use paypal...i got my **** stolen....when i called to order..

 

I have them on my R6 ave they are great, they actually came highly recommend from the guys at r6forums

 

How about slim vs regular ballasts?

 

I have them. Slim ballast.

One just crapped out the other day, not sure what it is. Hopefully something stupid, but we'll see what I have to say about them tomorow.....

Lifetime warranty on both bulbs AND ballast's.

Had these on my Legacy XT headlights and fog lights.

Ballast failed after about 2 years use, now I can't get ahold of DDM about a warranty for the ballast.


Spent 40 minutes of and on hold just to get no where. Yeah, I'm pissed and DDM isn't making them selves look good.

 

I was on the phone for 5 min with them and got all said and done i just don't like you have to send back bulbs first before they will send you new ones so had to put back in the stock bulbs for now and don't plan for them to be there tomorrow mine took 2 weeks to ship

 

You got lucky. I kept trying, and trying.
Finaly I got someone to answer. I got the RMA stuff, but I will likely just end up buying a new one myself.
