Hi there I'm wondering what should be the normal readings for the STFT and LTFT for a 1998 honda civic ex

as of right now mine are reading about

7.8 for the STFT
7.8 for the LTFT

I had to change my ecu because they were off the scales reading around 46.2 for both of them which is TOO RICH if they're still too high how do I make them go down?
