Default Retainer installation

I bought new crower chromoly retainers for my head that has a crower spring package and I want to know if there are specs I have to go by, or do I just push them on?

how do you mean "push them on"???

Have you ever fitted valves before?

You will need a valve spring compressor!

Search youtube there will be plenty of videos on how to fit valves to a head!
