Default H23 headache. Need help please

Sorry if there is already a thread depicting the SAME problems but I've yet to find one, so here goes.

specs:
1993 SI H23
5-speed
Full CAI with bypass filter
TB spacer
Intake spacer (removed stock butterflies)
FITV/EGR/Boost valve blocked off
A/C, P/S removed
Under-drive pulley
NEW dizzy/cap/rotor/fuel filter/Coil/TPS
racing half-rad
Battery relocation
DC sports header
NGK Platinum plugs
Accel 8mm wires

PROBLEM:

I was having the idle fluct/rev but that has taken a backseat as of late. When I am driving my car just starts stuttering and losing power. She seemed like she was starving for gas, but with the new filter she still has issues. I adjusted my TPS to where it's at .45 WOT and it reads .81 with it closed. She idles fine on start up for a few minutes then she sounds like the rpms drop. If I give her gas she bogs BAD and stutters. I have no idea what's going on. I have been trying to fix this for a while now and the problem is sitll there. CEL was throwing a CPS code, but that's because the harness was falling apart to the dizzy (has been fixed), she's also throwing an O2 code but wasn't sure if that's what could be causing all the trouble. Before this if I was cruising around 3k or so then tried to give her gas she'd flutter and bog a bit and my tach would bounce around but the engine wouldn't fluctuate. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I have posted this on another site and have only received one response (clogged cat), which it wasn't. So again ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you for looking.

When was the last time you did a full tune up on the car? i.e. plugs, cap, rotor, etc? Start simple and work your way up to the more expensive parts later.

Whats the history of the car? Mileage? etc

Sounds like a distributor/coil issue because your tach acts up as well....

Also check your alternator. I just figured out my idle issue was due to my a bad alternator. Doesnt hurt to check it.

Thanks so far guys. I did happen to notice that if i barely touched my tps connector she would bog. The harness connector was broken by previous owner, so i wired in a new one last night. See if it helps today. New tps coming in again as well. I'll keep you updated

Clear all DTCs. Check thermostat ground, valve cover ground as well as batt. terminal grounds.

Problem solved. New TPS in and adjusted. (the old one was .81 and 4.5) this one is .60 and 4.5... seems to have helped. that and the timing was apparently off. so yup... face palmed myself when I figured it out. Thanks for the help guys.
