Hello,

Great site and new to the site and to the Accord family. I just got a 04 Sedan and every time I turn it on the radio will go through all the sources and then go to AM. I can then change to FM/XM etc no problem.

Anyone else have/had this issue?

I also wanted to add that the preset stations and other settings stay in memory. It is like the radio goes in demo mode and plays 10 secs of AM Radio, 10 secs of FM Radio and 10 secs of XM Radio. After that it goes to AM and then I switch to XM or FM and it will stay on that source until I turn the car off again.

 

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

 

Thanks Simpletire for the bump! I searched the forums and did not see anything related. I am going to take the radio out this weekend and see if I can fiqure it out.

 

I took the radio out and made sure plugs are seated good and disconnected the battery to reset everything and still the same.
