is this wheel safe to drive with it?
idk how my friend got this marks on the back side of rim but
is this rim safe to put on car and drive it??? i dont see any crack but

They are prob. from the tire mounting machine grips that hold the wheel in place as the tire is installed.
And yes, you can drive with the scratches cause it won't do a thing.

The scratches are pretty deep, but they should be fine for daily driving. I wouldn't take them on the track without inspecting them more thoroughly, or having them repaired.

They came from a idiot tire installer that did not put the clamps on the rim right so when he installed the tire it moved on him so the clamps scratched the inside of the rim
You could see the two teeth that's the claw that is suppose to be clamped on the inner lip of the rim not on the outside part that's why u got those scratches
Take it back where they installed your tires make them pay for that
