Default fenco new flywheels any good?

so i am going to start back onto my project that has sat untouched for almost a year now. my question is about fenco flywheels. the one that is on the h22 is glazed and has a few hot spots. so i figured it was best to replace it while it was apart. autozone has a fenco for 50 bucks and claims it is a new flywheel. my local machine shop quoted me over $100 to cut the one i have. anyone have opinions on these or other options.

car is a 94 ex, h22, lsd tranny low mileage like 22-25k miles on motor and tranny. i was surprised at the hot spots. can i just break the glaze with a DA sander or something?
