Default 98 Accord clicking noise when

the ignition is turned on (before cranking the engine). During a window regulator swap, I unplugged the window control switch wiring harness with the ignition turned on (radio was on, engine not running) and instantly heard a clicking noise from the dashboard. Now the car does not start and clicks continuously when the ignition is turned on.

I am thinking either a dead battery or blown fuse.

I've seen this post somewhere before.........have the battery tested/charged while there clean the terminals and let us know what you have.

PS- there are several reasons why many of the repair procedures say to disconnect the battery......use another car or something else to listen to music while working on the car......
