**SLAMM EP3**
to achieve pics the correct way.. "lowering kit" will consist of coilovers, and front and rear camber kits to aline the tires correctly after it is all installed. There are plenty of sites to choose from on coilovers. Some brands drop cars lower than others. Not a expert on ep3 suspension but jhpusa has function and form type 1's for this car for about 5 and a half.
Function and Form are one of your best bets for coilovers. @ buddies of mine run them in their cars (a DC4 and an EP3). Great ride for what they are, and a reputable company. Aside from that Megan Racing may also be a good choice for a budget drop. Camber kits would be a good idea, depending on wheel size and offset a front kit may not be necessary, however a rear kit is wise. My friend with the EP3 will be running 16x8 +38 RPF1's in a week or so hopefully, I might be able to get the specs of his alignment for ya.
the second picture is arnal's car, he was dropped on skunk2 sleeves i believe on stock struts...
EDIT: as for wheels, depending on how low you go you can run some pretty aggressive wheels if your dumped....
Here's my ep3, dropped on custom d2 coilover...
