Default will the og oldskools fit without rolled fenders

95 civic with progress coilovers. will the og oldskool wheels fit without rolled fenders. i have the buddyclub upper control arms but i want my camber to be correct and not crazy. they will be wrapped with 225/45 15 which gives an overall height right at 23". i would like to put 195/45 15 on but i dont know if the tire would be wide enough (no stretched tires)

if they wont fit ill prolly go with drag dr20

You will need to roll your fenders/quarter panels, and run a tiny bit of negative camber to clear the 225's in most conditions.

would the 195/45 15 give it more clearance and would that tire be safe on that wheel?

Would it give more clearance? Yes.
Would it fit properly on the wheel? No. The widest wheel that those tires are rated for are 7.5" wide. Also, remember the car dictates the tire size more so then the wheel.

even at stock ride height we'd recommend a fender lip roll and negative camber to get them to work.....
