Hey everyone,
I got a short shifter for my 2wd wagon..
I was just wondering, any one recommend replacing anything else while I'm down there putting in the shifter and have everything already taken apart?

Upgrade your bushings to tighten up any play.

Thread lock the bolt that goes through the shifter.

 

Yeh thread locker and new bushings help.

my short shifter was B&M and has worked fine for two years or so. Or maybe it was APC... some no-name brand I don't recall. point being........
