yep those are real.
16" regamasters don't have the extra holes between the lugs, never have, never will.

Only 15" have the extra holes near the lug patterns.

ok, but your pinky finger HAS to be exactly 3 inches long to do this,
you put your pinky near one of the holes, then lay it flat, if the next hole
is still within your fingers length, the its 4x100, LOL!

j/k ruler, measuring tape, actually alot of measuring tools can help you with this..

 

they're real, on 16s sw388 and rega, the lip around the wheels are flat
