Proportioning Valve ABS Non-ABS

I got a prop valve off of a 95 integra, don't remember if it was ABS or not, but it has only 4 ports instead of the usual 6, so are the 4 port ones meant for ABS?

4 port is ABS, it's not a proportioning valve though, it's just a 4 way coupler, it doesn't have any valving in it to direct the fluid.
