Hey guys i thought i would post up some pics of my first 2 corner joints tell me what you guys think. I have pics of the front and the back side so you can see the penetration

Weld is abit too hot, That's why you get that dark grey color. Heat and bad gas coverage both can cause that. You also don't necessarily need full pen on that weld. What does look good is that it's nice and slight convex. Just keep practicing, you technique looks fine.
