hey so i have a 89 crx doch zc and a few days ago the brakes lights when out on me. then one of my head light bulbs shattered and one of my high beam bulbs wont turn on. i replaced the alternater and started to work on the brake light problum seeing how i was wating for the new bulbs to show up and found that ecu fuse blown so i grabed a new one and stuck it in and it blue instantly but the the car still starts please help

 

The car shouldnt start if its the ECU fuse...Lol
