Thanks to the Shodan for extraordinary service, quality, and advice!!!

The finish on the polished housing is mirror like!!! I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality part!

Thanks again for guiding me in the right direction Shodan!

I realize you might have to clock the turbo but do they use any thread lock on those bolts to keep them tight?

i was thinking of upgrading to the surfer from my current t3/t4 60 trim....but since the size is similar(Surfer is still bigger, not sure the flow rate but my 60trim is 53/lbs) if i was going to upgrade id prob go with the standard reaper. Then again depends which one comes with the free donuts...that could be the deal breaker ha

What can one expect to pay for a nice piece like that? If you don't mind my asking..

I just picked up a GT3000 Predator turbo. Haven't run it yet but I anticipate good numbers.

confimred..58-59 surfer... 66-68 for the reaper....so either is a upgrade over my current 53lbs t3/t40e 60 trim. I almost rather opt for the surfer only cause i have enough traction issues as is...it is a street car. RIght now i have my set-up maxed out with what im making. the surfer should get me what im making now with any No2. less Tq tho oviously. But if i got bored i could throw the 35 shot on top of the surfer (like my set-up is now) and that would def bring me into the 550whp range easily prob more like 575. More then ill ever need. Torque would be threw the roof as well, i might run into clutch slipping at that point. thus far it hold up great to the 385ft/lbs. Wont be upgrading for 9 months. seeing how im living in dallas for the next 10 months and my car is garaged at home 30miles outside of boston

I'll post up videos/graphs once I put the new i/c, piping, s300, and the list goes on. I am literally replaced all turbo components and cant wait to install it all!

Its going on a 9.5:1(je pistons eagle rods stock sleeves) ls/gsr head (pnp, super tech ret/springs, gsr cam, 1000cc injectors, 255 walbro).

On the current set up it made 340 @15 psi and thats with what I consider inferior turbo parts, 2.5 dp, cast mani, and on crome.

I want to be around 350-375. No more than that for me... this is my daily driver.

i got a daily as well (well summer only) you will get to 350-375 as a walk in the park with that turbo....YOu will have plenty of room to go from there once you get bored with the power.

Im glad you liked it. All of Mac's products are top of the line.

My Reaper flows about 67-68lbs/min. Silver Surfer is still very powerful on a mid size frame.

Here's a vid of the Reaper:

Good to know! before I venture over 400whp I want to sleeve my block so that might happen later on this year if I want that much power.. which we all know I will.

you use copper anti seize on the bolts, not loctite. the temps are too high for loctite to be effective and the whole idea is to prevent the bolts from seizing.

the permatex copper anti seize comes in a nice white little can. like $10 shipped from amazon

^^^ Thanks, I'm in the process of trying to order a DEI blanket and oil lines from B R fittings too. I'll just add that to the list.
