ok so i was looking at a eg for a donor car beacause it has an ls swap in it. now i got there looked at the car and took it for a drive and then part way thrue the drive the owner tells me that it has a cable tranny and a stage 1 cable clutch but then he tells me that there is no hydro to cable conversion kit in it and that it is just peiced together with intagra parts. is that eaven posible ? and do you guys think that it does have some sort of screwed up cable set up or do you think it just has a hydro and the guy has no idea what hes talking about, it probly doesnt help but it has a b18a1 in it not a b18b

 

Might be a cable, alot of work to make it work but anything is possible. Pop the hood and look, if there is just the slave cylinder and hydro lines it's a hydro, if there is a cable or cable lever on the side...it's a cable.

 

Eg's come with hydro tranny's. Unless they got ghetto and made **** work.

 

well i never looked close when i did look but i do know that it has a master cylinder in it
