Well i have an Si cluster for a 99 ex every thing lights up except for when im low on gas and that bitch doesnt light up -.- im pissed what could it be help!??!

 

Have you checked the bulb?

Sorry, have to start with the obvious...

If the bulb is fine, remove the rear seat and the fuel pump/sender unit access cover, unplug the sender unit and jump the Grn/Yel wire to Blk wire in the connector. If the low fuel light in the cluster now turns on, replace the fuel sending unit.

 

Or just never let your tank get below 1/4? It isn't healthy to get that low anyway.
