Default ef9 handling

hello my car is the ef9 i-vt civic with the b16a engine.
its totally stock and its suffers from understeer and oversteer
so i want help for choosing suspension/springs,rims offset and size, tires,
strut bars etc.
im just seeking to make balance of this hatch and make it fun to drive in track and in mountain roads
btw the interior will be striped except dash

I know i will probably get bashed for running both if the front and back, but i have Suspension Technique's anti-sway bars (as everyone has different opinions and feels, many people like to run an after market in the front and stock in the rear or reverse), tein basic damper coilovers (good compromise between price, comfort and decent performance, with the ability to change ride height at will), The main improvement to my handling was felt when i installed my Innovative Mounts' front cross member, i have skunk 2 front upper control arms and a rear camber kit (cant recall the brand atm), I have generic upper and lower rear strut bars (not much difference felt, just running to help stiffen the chassis in the rear) as for wheel and offset, i just have ls mesh's which are by no means the widest wheel you can fit on an ef, but the main difference you will feel in grip and steer will come from the tires you choose, obviously optimizing the width of your vehicles "footprint" will improve handling because you will have more contact patch and a wider stance. I am running Falken ZE-502's, they were 55 bucks a piece and have a decent balance between performance and tread life. I believe i am running 195/50/r15's, but i would have to verify to be sure. Having a lower profile and sporty tire greatly reduces the sloshy mushy feeling you feel when trying to handle with tall profile tires, ie 70 or so.

By no means is my car set up perfect for an autocross setting, but my car is primarily a daily driver so ride comfort was still a big issue for me. I still have a full interior and this set up is on an 89 crx si, the heaviest model and it has a b16 in it, so she is definitely not the lightest little lady in her class :-P. If i were going to go the route of full autocross there would be many changes made. As for handling my car grips very nicely. I also have a LSD so i can push my car to the extremes of understeer and oversteer and they are both very predictable and quite manageable with my set up. I hope this insight helps, if you have any questions, feel free to ask all you want

I would suggest start from 'chassis braces' strut bar, antiroll bar, etc. Then suspension, get coilovers, so you can play around with the height and strut stiffness. Then lightweight wheel, cheapest lightest I know Enkei RPF01 15x7. Then brake upgrade since now you going faster. When all that stil not enough speed for you go more lighter as CF hood, whatever lighter than stock they have out there, and do foam injection to the body so your car stiffer. Too fast now ?, buy roll cage, bucket seat. Now go rebuild your motor and tuning and what ever you thin make the car faster. You have whole new ride to handle now. LOL. struts and springs first as those are probably shot on an older car. next would be to inspect trailing arm bushings and the rest of the bushings for worn or damaged parts....fix all that....then look at wheels and sway bars.
