I've seen them before, but forgot what they're called/came off of xD

There aren't any "steelies" in that picture.

The white hatch looks to be on HX wheels, and the sedan in the back left looks to be on fat fives.

Those look like 96spec jdm itr wheels. The car probably has the 4x114.3 conversion. The itr wheels are 15" and HXs are 14"

Yep, that's what I think too, HXs look a little thicker being smaller.

does look bigger than the HX's or the 96 spec .. they look 16" the only thing Honda on does wheels are the centercaps

I'd say they're 15s, they might look like 16s to you because of the tires. They're definitely '96 - '97 JDM ITR wheels. The only other thing I can think of that looks like those wheels are TC05s and they're multifit, you can tell these are 4x114 only.

Edit that should have read tires not center caps.
