Icon2 Identify this line/hardline.

Hello all i am taking out my fuel filter in favor of an inline one. Also taking out evap canister and there is one hard line that runs to it. It is the smaller of the two running to the right hardline. Can anyone identify this for me?
Thanks in advance.

The one on top in the pic is the fuel feed line to the filter. And the one right below (with the rubber piece on the end) is the fuel vent line.

BTW: Your stock fuel filter is already inline. So, I don't know what you mean. It looks like you already took it out.
