Default Rebuilding a d16y8

I was curious for rebuilding a d16y8, can you do a soft upgrade, like better valves, pistons, cam etc, nothing overboard just maybe a little more power? Also using an auto trans.

Check the all motor forum. I think it's not too hard or expensive to try and get a little more power out of it. P30 pistons or something like that. It's just trying to break that 140-150hp mark is where it starts getting expensive.
