So I'm looking at purchasing a 2006 silver s2k . Question I have is I noticed the interior seats are all red, including the carpet and mats. I have never seen "all red" seats, only the all black or black/red combo. Did Honda offer all red seats?

All red was only an option in the AP1's i think. I believe in 06 you could only get all black or black/red.

 

The all red seats came in AP1s. Then AP2s got the red and black...

 

damn, i could have swore there was an all red option for AP2's...oh well, havent really ever been a fan of the all red or all blue interior

They're actually somewhat limited in production.

They were available in only the Sebring Silver and Berlina Black and only from 02-03.

There really aren't that many of them out there...I'm not the biggest fan of the all red, but knowing that they're limited production would be a perk for me if I were looking at buying one.

The all blue is only found in the Suzuka cars from the factory, and for me, it's way too much blue, but I do like the way people have taken them and used them in silver and yellow cars...I think that's been a pretty nice touch in several cars that I've seen in person.

my 00 has red/black interior and the seats are all red. all red everything is a bit much imo

 

Another question, when u slide the seats forwards towards the dash, I am able to tilt the drivers back rest all the way back but the passenger seat does not tilt back much at all. Is it supposed to be like that?

The all red interior was only offered in the 02 models, and only for Sebring, silverstone, BB, and gpw.

The 06 models were never offered with red seats at all. All colors in 06 came with all black interior besides Suzuka blue(blue interior) and silverstone (red/black)
