hey guys need some help with my 90 ef hatch, the ps brake light will stay luminated with driving but the second i brake it shuts itself off. electrical work is not my strong suit so any help would be great

 

usually when they stay lit the nipple on the pedal has torn out and doesn't engage the switch. I don't think this is your problem though. the nipple is supposed to be on the pedal brackt and needs to engage the brake switch button. they can come out of adjustment as well if im not mistaken..

 

i had a similar issue..it was one of the ground wires but I didnt do the fixing so Im not sure what ground sorry
