I have a 96 Honda civic ex, i like the look of the tires coming out about an inch past the wheel wells but im not sure what rims and tires i would need and what all work needs to be put into doing this. The car is completely stock right now and i dont plan on lowering it if that has much to do with it. Thank you.

 

Please clarify what you're trying to accomplish.

You want the tires to poke out past the body work? What for?
