I'm curious to know what your purpose for doing this is. made modifications to the F22B1?

you will need to chip the ECU and then have a chip burned with the base F22B1 ROM. If significant changes have been made, it would be in your best interest to then have the car tuned on a dyno.

what year is your car first of all. you will need a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness. check out rywire.com. give them an email and they will tell you everything you need to get started with tuning and if you even really need to spend the money on it

All you have to do is swap pin A6 and A11 at the ECU connector to run a P28 ECU. They're backwards on the 5th Gen Accors. But the P28 has to be chipped and equipped with the right base map for your motor to run properly. Then get a dyno and tuned for healthy maximum power.
