Friend hit a dip alittle to hard in his ef, and now the lights and cluster is all screwed up. We`ve been at it for the past day and cant figure it out. fogs work but HIDs just flicker. when the brake is pressed everything dims and the tach stops working. Hazards make the tach flicker. and we get a cel when the lights are switched on. any ideas?

 

mine was doin something similar , check the power wire that goes from the altenator to the fuse block , make sure its not all torn up .
also main relay .. fuses .. altenator .. check grounds ? lots of things it could be .

 

Thanks I`m gonna try the alternator tomorrow, but everything else seems good grounds are ok no blown fuses

 

And clean the thermostat ground from engine harness! (hondas act very stupid when they're dirty/corroded)...
