However I would like to confirm that I am understanding it correctly.

The chassis is an 88 CRX DX (with all OEM parts.)

The transmission is from B16A3 (94 delslo vtak, wikipedia says 'Y21') I'm not in the shop so I can't look for any markings..

I think I need
-passenger side: ANY 90-01 Integra axle (ABS rings can be removed)
-driver side: ANY 94-01 Integra axle (ABS rings can be removed)

If these are the correct axles to buy, I will order them promptly.

Does anyone know if dust rings will have to be removed? I would rather not remove them, and can purchase different axles/int-shaft if it will allow me to KEEP the dust rings. (I drive in sand daily, believe it or not.)

c'mon HT this is basic information... can anyone confirm I need these axles?

 

The drivers side axle that you will need will depend on your half shaft.

If you have this half shaft then you need a 90 91 integra axle



This half shaft will require a newer axle not sure of the exact years.

 

thanks dude i bought 01 integra type R axles and i think they are correct. I didn't install yet but I'm pretty sure they are right.

the guy asked me "type R or GSR?" when i bought them. i told him type R but he brought me out the ones with ABS rings... i'm pretty sure type R integras did NOT have abs, but w/e i digress.

i'll just have to cut the ABS rings off the axles... not a problem.
