Default Blew a Fuse... now security system, auto locks, dome lights funny

Hello,

I own an Honda Accord 2006 V6. Yesterday i removed a few panels in the center console to get up under the radio and plug in an aux input (uses the same plug as a satellite radio would use). While under the radio i shorted something out by a slip of a screw driver underneath the radio and blew the radio fuse. I replaced the radio fuse, reentered the radio code and now that works great.

But afterwards I noticed my key fob doesn't work. The auto lock switch doesn't work either - WHEN THE CAR IS OFF. When I put the key in the ignition and turn to on, the auto locks work fine. Similar story with the dome lights. When the car is OFF, and I set the lights to "door" , they don't turn on when I open the driver's side door. They turn on in "door" mode when the car is turned to ON and I open a door. The lights also can be turned on manually regardless of whether the key is in the ignition and turned to on or not.

The security system as near as I can tell is completely disabled.

Any ideas as to what's going on? The auto locks, and dome lights are able to work when the car is on, but the automatic controls seem to be disabled.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Thanks FCM. You were right on. Noobie mistake, but I figured I'd post in case anyone ever stumbles upon this thread again.

The fuse labeled "Back Up" in a 2006 Accord isn't an extra or a spare. I pulled this 10 A back up fuse to replace the blown 10 A radio fuse. Apparently this "back up" supplies battery power to a number of systems while the car is turned off.
