Wiring the D16a9

Just had installed the d16a9 into my '89civic si(D16a6). Must i use my old wiring on my SI engine and put it on the Dohc engine or can i leave the wiring on the Dohc engine?

Oh and i think my new engine has no O2 sensor because i can't find it near the head shield at the exhaust.
