If they have different part numbers they may be different in some small way and will not work on your car.
If you can get a good look at the plugs if they all look the same I would give it a try, but it may cost you because you can't return it if it doesn't work.
You may be better off just getting the right one and saving the money and hassle.

I would do some digging and see if maybe they just changed the part number and not the box itself.
It could be the same part with just a new part number, most big wrecking yards have an interchange book, if there is a bigger yard near you give them a call.
Make like you are interested in buying from them, they won't mind doing a little research if they think they might make a sale.
You can try what I do when I'm looking for part info, type the part number into google and do alot of reading.
