Default 99 integra power window drops and sticks

the pass window drops as well but it doesnt get stuck

driver side opens up about an inch and then drops another inch and after that gets stuck.
i have to push it down with my hand for another 2 inches and after that it rolls down all the way

also when i pull up and down on the window it has alot of play
checked all the bolts and none of them are loose

Might need to be greased. Or you can take off the panels and check the motor and assembly. In my case the gears were too chewed up.

take off the door panel, take out the window, it's only 2 bolts that hold in the glass. get a rag with soap and water to clean the window tracks, you can also get a screw driver to get between the tracks good. use a light coat of grease. it should roll down and up smoothly

Go to an auto-parts place. Buy a can of spray silicone grease (silicone, no other kind!).

Run the window all the way down, and spray the silicone into the felt-lined run-channels all the way up and down, all around, as much as you care to spray. Make sure you spray DEEP DOWN inside the parts which go into the door!

Now run the window up and down a few times, helping it by hand as needed.

Repeat the spray-and-run thing a few times. Window should eventually speed up noticeably, at which point you will end up feeling energized to resurrect the other windows as well.

Now, wipe off any silicone that gets on the visible portion of the glass, just so it looks cleaner. Do NOT wipe off until you are certain you're happy with how the window goes up and down.

As for the looseness: The mechanism is severely worn on account of the sticky situation, so you'll never get rid of that unless you start replacing parts.

That and check your regulator while you have the panel off

but the window still drops alot my 95 integra did that also but not as bad as this one.
is that normal for 2 door integras?

theres few integras at the junkyard what exactly gets worn out ? the tracks or the gears?
