id say 150$ minimum shipped other wise local 75 would be ok price 75-100

 

When i shipped alittle heavier of a tranny then a honda one.. not by much it still was 120 to ship it ground.. id say 75 local your better off then shipped..

 

I shipped a DX D series tranny to TX from Idaho for $45 via UPS back in the day, I know it can be done. If you are on the east coast then it doesn't really make sense. I am going to check the local bone yards tomorrow if I have time. I have some money and all the time in the world, why rush things and pay more when you could pay less? There are a lot of D series trannies out there.

oh this is how you will ship it go to wal mart get the biggest box they sell its a big square just enough room in it to fit your d series tranny get some 2in Styrofoam put a layer of it down on the bottom and around the inside of the box then maybe put a rag at the bottom of the box then get a garbage bag and put the trans in it then wrap it up tape it up and maybe put another layer of Styrofoam at the bottom drop it in and put the rest of it on top of the trans then tape the box up and your done pick it up and take it in to fedex should be around 50$ to ship..

 

walmart sells that box for 5$ i think.. also tape it up good so it doesn't come apart..all the way around

 

still so if it cost 50 to ship.. you really want to sell your tranny for 20 bucks not really.. thats dumb..
