Tein makes springs, but the drop is very mild and the springs are pretty soft.
If you want a decent drop a set of coilovers is your best bet. Every now and again a set of coilovers will pop up from over seas, usually in the $800-1000 range.

Also, since the front is identical to the accord, some guys use accord coilovers in the front and then trim the factory rear springs. They seem to have decent luck with this set up.
