how do i get these to fit each other
Go to an autoparts store and buy an aftermarket stereo conversion harness for a Honda. Ether way you need the original wire connector for that specific head unit.
Do you have the wire connector that fits in that head unit? If not you could search the Junk Yards or go to a local car audio shop and see if they might have one.

no he took the time to take the pictures, upload them on an image loader and then post them on here for no reason.
like ghost said first you have to have the connection with a bunch of wires coming out of it that goes into the back of the stereo which you will have to find online or at an audio store.
then you have to get the connector that plugs into the first picture and also has a bunch of wires coming out of it online, walmart, or some auto parts stores carry them.
then after you have both connectors you have to connect all those wires hanging off to the correct corresponding wire using a diagram that will come with the stereo and/or connector from wal mart
