Well, the JWL rating system doesn't make your wheels Japanese. It just means that they pass certain regulations and standards required in Japan. Rota's (made in the Philippines) can also have these stamps.

I see, I meant more like are they OEM wheels of some type? I know the stamp means they are legit OEM and not cheap knock offs. Rota wheels are garbage Ive heard to many stories on them.

Thanks for the input though.

OEM? Those wheels look aftermarket, bud. And those stamps don't refer to the wheels being OEM or aftermarket. I don't know if you're trying to say that those stamps determine whether or not a wheel is an original design or a replica, but if that's the case... no, those stamps don't determine that either. They're simply a signification as to if the wheel passes certain regulations for road use. It doesn't matter if the wheels are OEM, aftermarket; original designs or knock-off's.

Those centercaps look like a definite re-creation by whomever owned them before you, as well.

To be honest, they look a lot like older Borbet's. But, a better way to determine who made them, would be to remove them and look on the backside of the wheel for any manufacturer stamps.

Thanks for the help.

I thought for sure the stamp meant OEM my bad, see that's why I came here and asked. I'm a noob when it comes to Hondas just got in the game like 4 months ago. The caps were done by my to change it up a bit until I got new wheels.
